Aims & Objectives of Alumni Association

The Association will be a non-profit making Association with the following aims and objectives:

1) To promote close relationship between Alumni and the College.

2) To promote and encourage mutually beneficial interaction between the Alumni and the present students of the college and between the Alumni themselves.

3) To increase participation of Alumni.

4) To provide the forum to establish a link between the alumni, staff, and students of the Institute.

5) To encourage the Alumni to take an active and permanent interest in the work and progress of the Institute.

6) To enable the alumni to participate in activities that would contribute to the general development of the institute.

7) To raise funds for various welfare and other schemes in the college as approved by the Association.

8) To provide a forum for the alumni for exchange of ideas on academic, cultural and social issues of the day.

9) To arrange social and cultural functions.

10) To perform all other acts in furtherance of the objectives of the Association.

11) To recognize and identify the role of Alumni as important stakeholders in the continuing quest to provide excellence in education by way of academic and technical collaborations.

12) To realize the enormous benefits that may come from the engagement of Alumni with the College and seek their support in identifying strategic directions for college.

13) To provide opportunities for community service and to act as good-will ambassadors.

14) To serve as effective interlocutors in providing appropriate material and intellectual support to the College.

15) To provide academic and professional interaction and networking among Alumni and Student-community.

16) To organize socio-cultural events and interactions between Alumni College stakeholders.

17) To honor the distinguished Alumni who have excelled and contributed in their respective domains.

18) To acknowledge and glorify the achievements of the alumni and utilize the same to define & refine the academic directions of college growth and development.

19) To disseminate and percolate down the alumni achievements for academic encouragement.

20) To involve / invite the Alumni’s resources and contributions towards excellence in education, in boosting the technical strength of College.

21) To provide opportunity for professional and academic interactions via networking among Alumni to mobilize resources for academic and career support for college Students.

22) To play a pivotal and leadership role in connecting the alumni with college faculties and departments as well as with current students.

23) To facilitate the presentation of opinions and recommendations of the Alumni to the Administration and faculty of the college, so as it shall serve as a resource for college in advancing its Missions.

24) To provide a platform for alumni to connect with each other.
